Patrick Anders- Patrick was the starting right fielder for most of the 199 season and had a home run and 10 RBI's as he learned to play at the varsity level. He has great speed and arm will develop into an outstanding player for the Blue Devils.
 
Tom Doellman- Tommy came up in mid season and hit .382 as he played third base and second for the remainder of the year. tommy is an aggressive player who will develop into a keystone for the Blue Devils in the years to come.
 
Jason Peck- Jason had an arm problem in 1999 and was the designated hitter for the sophomore team and hit .482. He also spot DH'ed for the varsity. With a healthy arm in 2000, he is a top candidate for one of the outfield spots. If not, we will look at ehe DH role as a varsity player.
 
Randy Nuemann- Randy is an infielder and pitcher who hit .400 as a sophomore. He shows varsity promise on the mound as well. With development, Randy could be a key part of the 2000 Blue Devils.
 
Dustin Canavan- Dusitn is a big strong pitcher, first baseman, and catcher. He hit .340 as a sophomore and shows the ability to be a varsity hitter. His ability to play many positions will pay big benefits in 2000.
 
Ryan Sparks- Ryan played some varsity in 1999. He is a catcher, pitcher, and third baseman, He did hit .333 and was 0-1 on the mound in a limited amount of time on the varsity. He hit .395 on the sophomore team. He can be an oustanding player.
 
Ben VanNess- Ben shows great promise as a left handed pitcher. He also can play outfield and first base. With continuted development, he could become and starter in the 2000 pitching rotation.
 
Ryan Wiemelt- Ryan hit .324 as a third baseman/second baseman on the sophomore team. He is a very knowledgeable player and is very consistent at the plate and in the field.
 
Casey Hollensteiner- Casey is a good defensive outfielder but struggled at the plate in 1999. With development, he could be a factor i the 200 Blue Devil outfield.
 
Dustin Ramsey- Dustin played shortstop ans some outfield on the sophomore team. His ability to play these positions may get him a spot on the 2000 Blue Devil Roster
 
Austin McDonald- Austin is a big, strong first baseman who hit .352 on the sophomore team in 1999. His ablility to hit could be an aset to the Blue Devil team in 2000.
 
*Mitch Ertel- Mitch has moved to Quincy from Mendon (Unity High School) He is an infielder and pitcher. He started varsity at Unity as a sophomore. He has played with many QHS players in the summer and is very capable of helping the Blue Devils on the mound, at the plate and field.
